The hotel has comfortable rooms with a nice layout, but the small windows were a bit disappointing compared to the booking pictures. The staff is very polite and helpful, although there is room for maintenance improvements. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls are around the hotel and subway station. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the staff is friendly and flexible. However, there are incidents of losing luggage during room cleaning, which is concerning.
